The Mission

SIV Consultation is committed to assisting individuals and organizations identify, develop, and then engage in effective behavior strategies. With wisdom and discernment, SIV provides practical tools to enhance communication, decision-making, and clarity in order to establish healthier and more productive ways of functioning.

The Process

The first step is to come along side individuals and organizations, working with them to identify current and/or future challenges. Then SIV institutes a process of refinement - eliminating what hasn't been working and enhancing what does. Finally, SIV creates sustainability by reinforcing healthy patterns of behavior.

The Purpose

SIV provides relationally-driven assessment services, uniquely tailored to each client. Interaction with clients is face-to-face, occurring within the context of real-life situations. SIV utilizes these practical, proactive strategies in order to enhance balanced decision-making, relational interactions, and gratifying daily living.
